Classical music on Győr’s baroque square

It promises to be light-hearted, wonderful entertainment when the Győr Philharmonic camps out on Széchenyi square to play a promenade show at 9pm on June 22, 2014. 

The event is part of the 10th Hungarian Dance Festival and wheather permitting in the serene summer night  ambiance in the heart of Győr folks present can enjoy evergreen numbers by Bizet, Tschaikovsky, J. Strauss, Brahms, and Mozart.

Besides great music there is going to be another kind of visual experience in offer that is none other than the newly designed outfit on the orchestra’s female members created by Barbara Léderer! There is no entry fee for the show except for the seats of the enclosed area which will go for HUF 1000 each.

They may be secured at Richter Hall’s ticket office also. In the event of bad wheather the concert will be held under the roof of  Richer Hall (Győr, Aradi Vértanúk útja 16.) Do come along for a memorable evening!
