Carnival concert

We are herewith inviting and encouraging our faithful patrons as well as all interested parties to come to our traditional Carnival concert at Richter Hall at 9pm on February 9. Light-hearted entertainment is to be ensured by our selection of music and our guest soprano Mária Celeng, a truly great talent of Hungary's young generation of opera singers. The evening will be hosted and conducted by GYPO's artistic director, Kálmán Berkes.

As far as the program goes it promises to be full of humor, fun, jokes, and most of all all kinds of great music befitting this time of the year.

We would like to at this point call your attention to your opportunity to purchase tickets to this event with a 20 per cent discount as long as you own a season ticket for any of our concert series. This, incidentally, applies to all out-of-series shows of the Győr Philharmonic Orchestra. Tickets are available at Richter Hall.
